Below is a description of the facilities and services we offer to make your stay with us as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.
Facilities and services available
In the entrance hall, you’ll find a wheelchair-height reception desk, and you’ll find it easy to move around the school’s wide corridors and modular classrooms. There are also toilets adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The main equipment is as follows:
- External bell for disabled access,
- Access ramp for people with reduced mobility,
- Reception desk adapted for people with reduced mobility,
- Wheelchair-accessible toilets,
- Podotactile tile and contrasting riser strip,
- All movement areas in the classrooms and throughout the school are wheelchair accessible.

You’ll be able to access our school independently: we have direct access to our premises, perfectly adapted to your needs, with a curbstone and internal access ramp.
This access is located on rue Crillon (we have not obtained permission to create an access ramp for our main entrance).
Entrance :
If you arrive alone at our main entrance on the first day, use the bell just to the right of the main entrance so that we can show you where the second entrance is and you can then be on your own.
Leaflet on welcoming disabled people
The Ministerial Delegation for Accessibility (DMA) has produced this leaflet in collaboration with associations for people with disabilities. It advises staff on how to welcome people with all types of disability.
Based on this model, Lyon Bleu makes its teams aware of the need to welcome people with motor, sensory, intellectual or psychological disabilities.
Training reception staff to deal with different types of disability
Disability representative :
- Cécile, the director, is also trained and will answer any questions you may have about the school or your course during your stay.
- Ketty, Sandra, Bella and Jessica, our holiday coordinators, will look for the most suitable accommodation solutions in our host families and partner residences, according to your instructions.
