These rules apply to the school:

Hereinafter referred to as “the SCHOOL” These rules apply to all students participating in any course organized by the SCHOOL from the moment of their arrival in France. It is displayed in the various training rooms. Students must also comply with the rules and regulations of the accommodation they are staying in for the duration of their stay.
1. GENERAL RULES
- Training courses are given in accordance with the principles of secularism and universal values linked to human rights, democracy, the duty of tolerance and respect for the personality, origins and beliefs of others.
- To ensure that the training program runs smoothly, all students are required to behave in a way that guarantees respect for the basic rules of good manners and community relations.
- Class schedules are set by the SCHOOL and made known to all students. Students are required to adhere strictly to these schedules. Any delay must be justified to the trainer or training manager.
- Regular attendance is required of all students. Any absence must be justified to the trainer or training manager.
- Students’ attendance and absence are systematically recorded by the teacher for each individual or group lesson. A certificate of attendance is issued to students in the last week of the course, if they have attended at least 70% of the scheduled classes.
- Students are asked to come to the SCHOOL in correct dress.
- The SCHOOL complies with French labor law, including the specific requirements of our sector. In particular, the SCHOOL practices equal treatment regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or disability.
2. HEALTH AND SAFETY
- It is strictly forbidden to:
- entering the premises while intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances,
- smoking or vaping in places designated for collective use, notably classrooms (Public Health Code decree no. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006)
- introduce any person not belonging to the school without prior authorization from the SCHOOL management.
- Fire instructions (fire extinguisher locations and emergency exits) are posted on the training premises and given to all students on the first day of class, so that everyone is familiar with them.
- In the event of an emergency, students are required to carry out an evacuation order given by instructors or administrative staff, and to comply strictly with the instructions in force at the school.
- The SCHOOL accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items of any kind left by students on the training premises.
3. IMAGE RIGHTS
- The SCHOOL may film and photograph its students during their stay (classes, cultural activities, excursions, outings, etc.) and distribute these photographs and videos as part of its promotional activities: website, social networks, brochures, videos, etc. By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale (see General Terms and Conditions of Sale), the student authorizes the distribution of the images for an unlimited period of time.
- If the student wishes to object to the broadcasting of images of him/her, he/she must inform the SCHOOL within 24 hours of his/her arrival by sending an email to his/her educational advisor.
4. DISCIPLINARY SANCTIONS AND GUARANTEES
- Any breach of any of the above rules may, depending on its nature and seriousness, be subject to the following sanctions, in order of importance:
- 1. Written warning
- 2. Blame,
- 3. Temporary exclusion from training
- 4. Permanent exclusion from the course.
- No sanction may be applied unless the student has been informed in writing of the grievances against him/her. When a sanction is envisaged by the management, the student is summoned by means of a letter indicating the purpose of the summons, the date, time and place of the interview.
- The temporary or permanent expulsion of a student does not entitle him/her to any reimbursement of training fees or related expenses (accommodation, transport, etc.).
5. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
For any problem encountered by the student during his/her stay, the SCHOOL provides a complaint form which can be obtained from the student’s educational advisor. It must be carefully filled in and completed. Once the complaint has been collected, it is forwarded to the SCHOOL management, who will do everything in their power to deal with it as quickly as possible. Any complaint concerning a problem encountered in THE SCHOOL or in the accommodation or for an activity must be reported within 24 hours.
