Chef's workshop
Located in the heart of the Presqu'île, just a stone's throw from Saint Nizier Church, L'atelier des Chefs de Lyon boasts a spacious and friendly setting. Enter through the small courtyard and embark on a culinary journey through the varied worlds covered by our boutique: gourmet treats, trendy cuisine, pastry classes and world cuisine. Continue your trip by taking part in cookery classes with our Chefs and prepare some delicious recipes yourself. L'atelier des Chefs offers a wide range of options and themes for cookery lessons in Lyon. L'atelier des Chefs de Lyon is also a place for children, with our cookery classes designed especially for them.
Musée des Canuts
The Maison des Canuts was created in 1970 by COOPTISS, a weaving cooperative. A historic site since the end of the 19th century, it housed the headquarters of the Syndicat des Tisseurs et Similaires. This unique site invites you to discover the great history of Lyon's silk industry and the people who built it: the canuts. The canuts, master weavers of gold, silver and silk threads, shaped the identity of the Croix-Rousse. The origin of the word Canut is uncertain: it seems to come from the canette, the spool of silk thread.

The "n+i" Network, a non-profit association recognised as being in the public interest, was created in 1997 on the initiative of the Conference of Directors of French Engineering Schools (CDEFI). It is governed by an elected Board of Directors made up of 12 school headmasters. The Network brings together nearly 50 Grandes Ecoles of engineering (Arts et Métiers Paristech, INSA(s), Polytech(s), ENPC, etc.) which have chosen to pool their strengths to recruit and welcome the best foreign students, the future managers of French and foreign companies worldwide.
